Privacy policy
Effective October 16, 2026. Plain-language version: I only use what you share to help you, and I never sell it.
Who this policy covers
This website is operated by Erika Rubio, a licensed real estate salesperson with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners (1960 Satellite Blvd, Suite 1100, Duluth, GA 30097). “I”, “me” and “my” mean Erika Rubio.
What I collect
- Information you type into a form: your name, email, phone number (optional), preferred language, the home address you ask me to value, your answers to the First Home Plan questions, and any message you write.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type and IP address, kept by my hosting provider in server logs for security.
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Video preview images are stored on this site. The video itself loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play, and YouTube’s privacy policy applies from then on. If you book a call, the scheduling service TidyCal collects your name, email and chosen time, and its privacy policy applies.
How I use it
- To reply to you and help with your real estate questions.
- To prepare the home value or plan you asked for.
- To keep records my brokerage and Georgia law require.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who I share it with
I do not sell or rent your information. I share it only when needed to help you (for example, with my brokerage, or with a lender, inspector or attorney you ask me to connect you with) or when the law requires it. Form submissions are processed and stored by my website host, Netlify, Inc., on my behalf, which checks them for spam using Akismet (Automattic Inc.).
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as needed to help you and to meet record-keeping rules, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave me by emailing erika.rubio@kw.com or calling (678) 549-6731. This site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals because it does not track you across other websites.
Children
This site is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the effective date above.
