Bilingual real estate agent in Lawrenceville, GA Hola, I’m Erika.
I help people across Gwinnett County buy and sell homes in English and Spanish. I also know what it feels like to rent, to move too often and to wonder if owning a home is possible.
Tu sueño, tu hogar, mi compromiso.
Grab a cup of coffee and get to know me
I was born in Mexico, and my family moved to the U.S. in the 1980s.
As a young single mother, there were times when my income was just enough to cover rent and utilities. My boys were my priority, and we moved several times as I looked for better prices and opportunities for our family. For a few years, I also worked as a leasing agent in the community where we lived.
As my boys got older, I could see how the moves were affecting them. They were leaving friends behind, and I wanted to give them more stability. That’s when I started looking into buying a home.
I did my research, asked questions and took a class to learn about the homebuying process. Eventually that preparation paid off, and I bought my own home.
Later, I moved to another city and worked in healthcare. At 45, I graduated from college with an associate degree in business administration, and then joined the local public schools as a testing clerk.
Five years later, while looking online for work, I came across real estate. My own home purchase had shown me how much there was to learn and how useful it was to know where to ask questions. I wanted to help other people find that information and support too. So I got my license and started serving people with Keller Williams in Lawrenceville and across Gwinnett County.
I know how much it meant to finally buy my own home. Helping someone work toward a goal that matters that much to them is what makes this work rewarding for me.

What I believe
You don’t need it all figured out to start.
Owning a home isn’t about having every answer on day one. It starts with one step and the right questions.
Courage gets you started. A plan gets you there.
We build a plan around your real numbers and follow it together.
A pause isn’t the end of the goal.
Life sometimes makes you slow down. You can always pick up where you left off, and I’ll still be here.
